| IMC Limited is a wholly owned Nigeria Company. A board of five directors determines its policies and broad management framework. Directors: Victor Gabriel Hammond A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr Hammond retired from Deloitte & Touche, as the Chairman of the African Board and Chairman/Managing Partner of the Nigerian firm which he led to become the largest professional services firm in Nigeria, from being the fourth largest when he assumed leadership of the firm. He served on the boards of two public quoted companies, UAC of Nigeria Plc and UAC Property Development Company Plc. He is also on the governing board of four non-government organization and several private companies which includes IMC Limited where he is Chairman, and Bankers Warehouse Limited where he is Vice Chairman. He is a principal shareholder in IMC Limited where he holds about 90% equity. T.J. Onomigbo Okpoko Mr Thompson Joseph Onomigbo Okpoko is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). A legal practitioner of repute, he was the18th president of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is also the principal partner of Messrs. T.J.Onomigbo Okpoko & Co., a life bencher and a member of the National Judicial Council. Mr. Okpoko, apart from his law practice, serves on the boards of several private and public sector organizations among them, NEM Insurance Plc, of which he is the immediate past Chairman and Panalpina World transport (Nig) ltd where he was the chairman. CECILIA KUBEINJI Mrs. Kubeinji served the then Government of Southern Cameroon as Matron in Bermuda and Bendel state Government in several capacities culminating in her appointment as a Director of Nursing in the Department of health services. She has extensive knowledge in administration from the Civil Service. She has served the Company as an Executive Director since 1993. BRIAN HAMMOND Mr.Brian Hammond a Mechanical Engineering graduate(BEng), has an MSc in Finance, and ICAEW(England and Wales) Chartered Accountant qualification. He worked at Jeffreys Henry Chartered Accountants in London, England for 4 years as an auditor. He also worked in various financial roles including Chief Financial Officer(CFO) at Capital Trust Ltd, an investment fund manager based in London, England for 5 years. Mr. Brian Hammond was appointed a director of IMC Limited in 2008. ENUOGU CORNELIUS OBIOHA Mr. Obioha, a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management, graduated with a degree in economics from University of Jos. He was the Group Managing Director of Geobi Nigeria Limited, before joining IMC Limited in 2004 as General Manager Marine (west), he was elevated to the Group General manager, IMC Limited in 2007. Enuogu Obioha was invited into the board of IMC Limited in 2008. He is presently the Group Director of Operations. Management Staff Charles Ekundayo Mr. Ekundayo holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Operations Research/Management, as well as a Masters Degree in Technology Management.. He is a member of both the Nigerian Institute of Management and Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria. Mr Ekundayo successfully completed the Advanced Management Programme of the prestigious Lagos Business School in 2009. He is the Group General Manager of the company. ISHWAR LAKKUNDI A native of India, Mr. Lakkundi holds a Masters degree in Organic Chemistry. He has over two decades of experience in Agricultural sector in India and several other African countries. He joined IMC Limited in 2008 as Technical Manager of the Oil Palm Division. DANIEL OBIANYI Mr. Obianyi holds a masters degree in chemical engineering from the university of Lagos. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounting of Nigeria. He joined IMC Limited in 2001 from his position as principal Audit Manager at Akintola Williams Deloitte, and is currently the Comptroller of the Oil Palm Division of IMC Limited. EMMANUEL ANNAN Mr. Annan holds a masters degree in chemical engineering from the University of Lagos. He joined IMC Limited in 2002 as Manager technical in the marine division, he was the Manager Port-Harcourt marine operations, before being elevated to his present position as Operations Manager IMC Limited.
